The journey of healing is one of acceptance and finding love. It is not about blame or hate. As you walk this path of healing you will begin to find greater happiness and peace. The healing process is an exciting experience and one that will make you feel better daily. 

When I was healing I always wanted to find a community of others who were healing. But what I found is that most groups were just full of people who were bitter, hateful, angry and turning in to narcissist themselves. 


So it became my desire to create a community that was focused on healing and starting a new life! 

What will be included?

Below are some of the topics I will be covering in this program. I will be walking you through in detail what I did to heal myself and how you can do the same.

3 Step Recovery

Are they truly a narcissist?

Gather information, identify the problems, diagnose the problem, understand the problems on a cognitive level. 

If you have educated yourself on narcissistic abuse and started grieving you may have completed this step. But we will cover more information just to make sure. 

We will also talk about how to deal with the narcissist in your life during recovery. 

Discovering the person you really are

In order to discover who we really are, especially when raised by narcissists. We have to understand narcissistic projections, narcissistic envy and reversing negative messages you have held onto. These are things that inhibit your individuality and sense of self. 

We will go through a series of exercises that will bring you through this healing process. In the end you should have a sense of who you are, and begin to walk down the path of self discovery on your own. 

Learn how to love yourself

In this step I will walk you through the exercises to begin to love yourself, gain self confidence, self assurance. Emptiness will leave your life, you will no longer feel sad. If you deal with codependency that will go away and be replaced with strong boundaries. You will finally feel strong and others opinions will no longer phase you. 

We will also cover what is called the collapse, where you might deal with emotional flashbacks. What they are and how to use them for healing. 

Ending the narcissistic legacy of toxic love

In order to end the legacy of toxic love we must heal ourselves and then decide to cultivate loving relationships. In this step we will define what love is, what to look for in romantic love, what your relationship should look like. Choosing healthy friendships. Tools to manage conflict and rules for your relationships. 

Finally we will assess if we deal with any narcissistic traits we need to address and use as your measuring stick for healing. 

When you can begin to understand why you feel the way you do, you can begin to create a life where you feel better and heal.”
